Objective To investigate the efficacy of thioctic acid combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by radiochemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 94 breast cancer patients with peripheral neurotoxic adverse reactions induced by radiochemotherapy treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as research objects. 硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗乳腺癌放化疗后周围神经毒性的疗效观察
目的探讨硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗乳腺癌放化疗后周围神经毒性的疗效。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的94例因放化疗引起周围神经毒性不良反应的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组。研究组(n=47)给予硫辛酸和甲钴胺治疗,对照组(n=47)给予维生素B12治疗。分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率为87.23%(41/47),高于对照组的51.06%(24/47),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.068, P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗乳腺癌放化疗后周围神经毒性的疗效优于维生素B12。关键词:硫辛酸;Mecobalamin;外周神经毒性
