Considering that there are people at the central triangulation point of education and training activities, it comes across as an undeniable fact that teachers are at the head of the professional groups that are most affected by the development in all areas. The non-professional factors are; the media, the understanding of being a teacher if you can't be anything, the value given to the teacher by society, the personal characteristics of the teacher.
