The significance of the study lies in the fact that in a number of knowledge-intensive high-tech areas the Republic of Belarus has world-class innovation. These are developments in the field of agricultural production, automated management, production of new materials and substances, other areas of scientific and innovative development, which determine the creation of industries and industries corresponding to the highest technological structures. The main activities in the Republic of Belarus are characterized by the production of III and IV technological orders, a small part corresponds to V mode, which significantly narrows the investment basis of modernization.
