Meanwhile, using hierarchical analysis, equal weighting method, entropy method to measure the weight of indicators at all levels. Abstract

中国沿海省份海洋经济综合竞争力评价研究
本研究在对中国海洋经济总体发展情况进行统计分析的基础上,从海洋资源禀赋、海洋经济发展水平、海洋经济发展的地方宏观环境、海洋环境保护能力四个方面分析了影响海洋经济综合竞争力的主要因素。构建了包括4个二级指标、12个三级指标和50个四级指标的中国沿海省份综合竞争力指标体系。同时,运用层次分析法、等权法、熵值法对各级指标的权重进行测度。研究结果表明:沿海省份综合竞争力排名较为稳定,海洋经济发展水平是提升海洋经济综合竞争力的最重要因素,海洋科技实力和海洋产业生产水平是提升海洋经济综合竞争力的主要因素。
