Result of the simultaneous test (F test) 8.083. Abstract

This research is to get information about leadership, organization behavior, compensation, work discipline and four factors to employee performance in Non-Production Department PT. Team Metal Indonesia. This research used a questionnaire for 94 respondents and used SPSS version 20. This research is quantitative research, statistics analysis. Multiple Linear Regression method with quantitative analysis. 本研究旨在了解PT. Team Metal Indonesia非生产部门的领导、组织行为、薪酬、工作纪律和四个因素对员工绩效的影响。本研究采用问卷调查94名受访者和使用SPSS版本20。本研究是定量研究,统计分析。多元线性回归方法与定量分析。基于SPSS数据分析,研究者得到的结果是:领导力(X1)为2.071,显著性为0.041;组织行为(X2)为0.817,显著性为0.416;薪酬(X3)为-0.726,显著性为0.470;工作纪律(X4)为2.985,显著性为0.004。同时检验(F检验)的结果8.083。本研究的结论是第一假设领导对员工绩效有影响,第二假设组织行为对员工绩效有影响但不显著,第三假设薪酬对员工绩效有影响但不显著,第四假设工作纪律对员工绩效有部分影响,最后假设这四个变量(领导、组织行为、薪酬、和工作纪律)对员工绩效的影响是同步的
