The control group was treated by plate internal fixation and the observation group was treated by elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation. The operation time, incision length, intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative drainage volume were compared between the two groups. 弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢长骨骨折的疗效及并发症分析
目的探讨弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢长骨骨折的疗效及并发症。方法选择2016年3月~ 2019年5月在洛阳市骨科医院行手术治疗的四肢长骨骨折患儿98例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用钢板内固定,观察组采用弹性髓内钉内固定。比较两组手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量及术后引流量。比较两组患者的疗效、骨折愈合时间、开始负重时间、住院治疗时间等预后相关指标及两组并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、术后引流量均优于对照组,分别为(39.23±7.20)min vs(56.54±8.39)min、(2.56±0.94)cm vs(10.92±2.34)cm、(37.43±10.12)ml vs(115.64±16.56)ml、(16.23±6.39)ml vs(49.09±8.28)ml,差异均有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论弹性髓内钉治疗儿童长骨骨折可有效减少手术创伤,改善术中出血,缩短骨折愈合时间和住院治疗时间,有助于加快儿童术后康复进程,安全性高。关键词:弹性髓内钉;内固定;四肢长骨骨折;孩子们
