The results of the study showed that continuous assessment assists instructors for identify problems; motivates learners to work hard through the academic year; enhances self-esteem of learners; students identify their strengths and weaknesses. Abstract

持续评估的目的是监测学习者的进步,以便就预期的知识、技能、态度和价值观作出决定,以促进进一步学习的最佳方式。摘要本研究旨在探讨在体育理科生的实践课与理论课中实施持续评量的效果。采用描述性调查研究设计。数据样本为96名学生、15名教师和2名系主任。采用随机和有目的抽样技术。通过问卷调查收集到的数据进行统计、制表并解释成百分比,同时通过叙述对访谈和文献进行定性分析,达到三角测量的目的。研究结果表明,持续评估有助于教师识别问题;激励学习者在整个学年努力学习;增强学习者的自尊心;学生找出自己的长处和短处。研究得出结论,持续评估的效果不仅激励学习者积极参与,而且创造了练习技能的机会,而不是观察技能;为学习者提供掌握技能的机会,而不需要他人的反馈,并确定自己的优势和劣势;此外,由于技能的不断重复,学生的表现/技能在一段时间内得到了提高。
