Recent advances in understanding entropy in terms of asymmetric and highly entropic catalysis lead to an investigation of the GTPase entropy, specifically with regard to a failure in catalysis of the phosphate fragment by a water hydrogen positioned by the enzyme. 2 Utilizing a simple atomic metal catalyst surface displacement model, a paradigm that reduces noise from the quantum entanglement plus atomic displacement terms results in the process entropy.
