Ag-NPs were produced and subsequently examined using Transmission Electronic Microscope and Dynamic Light scattering measurements. Twenty adult male albino rats were randomly divided into four groups (five per each):Control group; ACR group (50 mg/kg b.wt, in drinking water); MO-NPsACRS group (50 mg/kg b.wt, orally at the same time of each treatment) and Protective group, (MO-NPs/ACR group), MO-NPs for 3 weeks (50 mg/kg b.wt, orally) then ACR for 3 weeks (50 mg/kg b.wt).
