In this study, we reported significant improvement of non-motor and motor symptoms of these patients after Sasang constitutional medicine treatments for more than a year. Method The patients were identified as Soyangin and treated with Yangguksanhwa-tang, Hyeongbangdojeok-san and acupuncture. The Hoehn & Yahr scale, Movement Disorder Society-sponsored revision of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) were used to assess the overall function of the patients. And the Global Assessment Scale (GAS) was used to assess the change of chief complaints after the treatments. Result and Conclusion The non-motor and motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease improved after Sasang constitutional medicine and western medicine treatments for more than a year. Furthermore these patients' chief complaints improved without increasing of amount of western medicine (levodopa). 中西医结合治疗西阳帕金森病3例远期临床疗效观察
韩西药联合治疗3例西阳帕金森患者的长期临床疗效朴有京ᆞ李美淑ᆞ金素贤ᆞ裴罗英釜山大学韩医医院沙上体质医学科、韩医学院临床医学科目的观察3例西药联合韩药治疗西药治疗帕金森病患者的长期临床疗效。在本研究中,我们报道了这些患者在接受Sasang体质药物治疗一年多后,非运动和运动症状有显著改善。方法采用养国山花汤、亨邦岛破山、针刺治疗,鉴定为小阳根。使用Hoehn & Yahr量表,运动障碍学会赞助的统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)的修订版来评估患者的整体功能。采用综合评价量表(GAS)评价主诉的变化情况。结果与结论经沙桑体质药和西药治疗1年以上,帕金森病的非运动和运动症状均有改善。此外,在不增加西药(左旋多巴)用量的情况下,这些患者的主诉得到改善。综上所述,本研究表明,沙桑体质药结合西药可有效治疗帕金森病的长期临床护理。
