Abstract
Abstract Although the threat of terrorism remains a high priority among Americans, no study has explored the regional differences in perceptions of terrorism in the United States. In order to address the current gap in the literature, the present research specifically examines the fear and risk perceptions of college students regarding the threat of terrorism. The research sample consisted of 1,384 undergraduate students from three major regional universities in the United States.
