According to the period of administration 30, 60 and 90 days respectively. 中药菟丝子对1型糖尿病大鼠肝胰岛素基因和肝胰岛素受体基因表达上调的影响
摘要本研究通过空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹血清胰岛素、肝胰岛素基因表达、胰腺胰岛素基因表达、肝胰岛素受体基因表达、胰腺和肝脏组织切片等多项参数的研究,探讨了枳枳对1型糖尿病的降糖作用及其分子和组织学机制将体重180 ~ 200g的雄性家鼠分为3组:正常对照组每日给予Dw,糖尿病对照组每日给予Dw,糖尿病组每日给予cw 400 mg/Kg体重。甲醇提取物,每组18只大鼠,再分为(3)亚组1、2、3。根据管理期限分别为30、60、90天。结果表明,每天给药400 mg/Kg体重的川芎嗪;另一方面,空腹血清胰岛素、与B组相比,C组肝脏胰岛素基因表达、胰腺胰岛素基因表达和肝脏胰岛素受体基因表达均有所增加,胰腺酶和肝脏质地等各项研究参数均恢复到正常状态,在静态形态学上与A组无显著差异。通过上调肝脏INS基因、INSR基因、胰腺INS基因的表达,使空腹血清胰岛素和空腹血糖恢复正常,使胰腺β细胞再生,使肝脏和胰腺质地恢复正常。
