Results: the modern ichthyofauna of the Middle-Irtysh region is represented by 35 species of bony fish, of which: 12 are aboriginal species; eight aboriginal species rare; five species are objects of experimental breeding, most of them are invasive species; one species (silver carp) is represented by two ecological forms, one of which is invasive; nine species are invasive, with varying degrees of naturalization. 22 species of fish form a negative associative network, due to the topical and trophic competitive relations between the species. Conclusions: the appearance of invasive species caused a change in the number of a number of native species.
