MYCOBIOTS OF FOREST ECOSYSTEM OF GANJA (CENTRAL CITIES OF AZERBAIJAN) ganja森林生态系统真菌(阿塞拜疆中心城市)

Our goal is to study the mycological condition of the forests of Ganja. During the study, pathogenic fungi were found in the trees. Under the influence of pathogen fungi in plants, pathological processes occur, accompanied by a violation of the structure and physiological functions of the plant or its individual parts, for example, the formation of growths, sagging, changes in respiration, assimilation, enzymatic activity, impaired growth and development, and the death of diseased tissues. The object of the study was the venom of a single bee, Osmia rufa Linnaeus, 1758, which had not previously been the subject of targeted biochemical studies. The protein and peptide composition of the venom was studied using SDSelectrophoresis and mass spectrometry. Detected antitumor components indicate about high prospects for a more detailed study of the venom. The final purpose in further use of these compounds in medicine, as well as the identification of active immunostimulating agents. Ключевые слова: Osmia rufa, MSI-Q-TOF, яд, белки и пептиды яда.

The article provides information on the ecological and biological characteristics of some pathogens of mycosis of the vine, the most common in the Krasnodar Territory. Knowledge of the biology of pathogens is necessary for the de-velopment of effective measures for the prevention and protection of vines, such as agricultural practices, balanced ap-plication of nitrogen fertilizers, the use of varieties with integrated resistance to biotic environmental factors, phytosani-tary and ecological monitoring.

The article is devoted to the current problem of the global environmental crisis that our planet has been experiencing for decades. An attempt was also made to reveal the main causes of pollution of the atmosphere, the surface of the earth's cover of the planet and oceans. At the same time, special attention is paid to the detrimental effect on the nature of human activity and the reliable figures of the annual environmental degradation on earth. The article provides an analysis of the views of researchers, ways to solve the global environmental problems of mankind. In conclusion, a generalized description is given of the importance of understanding and changing the relationship of man to nature and his wealth. In modern conditions, the Caspian Sea is experiencing intense anthropogenic pressure due to increasing work on the development and production of oil and gas, as well as a result of urbanization, industrial and agricultural activities. This paper provides a brief overview of the biology of goby fish in the study area, distribution, and biological role in trophic chains. Based on the materials of the bottom trawl survey in the research area, the spatial distribution and some features of the biology of fish of the Gobiidae family are considered. Goby fish are an important food link in the ecosystem of the Caspian Sea, acting as food objects for many valuable fish species, and at the same time, consuming a huge number of organisms of aquatic organisms, enter into competitive relations with other fish. Beyuk - Shor Lake is one of the largest lakes in Azerbaijan. It is located on the Absheron Peninsula of Azerbaijan. Environmental monitoring carried out in the autumn and winter periods made it possible to determine the taxonomic composition, the nature of the stay on the lake, the identification of ecological groups and the frequency of visits to the lake by various bird species by year. During our work in the autumn-winter periods of 2015 -2019 years on the lake, both sedentary and migratory birds were recorded, and their species composition was determined. The status of stay for migratory birds is determined: wintering, nesting, nesting — wintering, migratory. On the lake recorded species includ-ed in the Red Book of the Azerbaijan Republic (Mute Swan; Cygnus olor ) and the IUCN Red List (European honey buzzard; Pernis apivorus ). Films were produced from a biodegradable and biocompatible polymer poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) loaded with the antibiotic levofloxacin (1% and 5% wt.) and the osteoinducer simvastatin (1% and 5% wt.). A study of the proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells on the surface of the prepared films showed that the poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) loaded with levofloxacin (1% and 5%) and simvastatin (1%) contribute to the maintenance of viability and proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells on the film surface, but on the films containing 5% simvastatin, inhibition of cell growth was ob-served.
