The results of the research areas follows: (1) Implementation of tasks and functions of the branch of Education office does not carried out effectively that cause problems with the administration of personneal services; (2) Influence of task implementation and function of Education Office branch raises positive and negative impacts. Abstract

: The purpose of this research is evaluating for delegation of implementation policy from Education Office of North Molucas Province to the Educational Institutional branch in managing secondary education in Morotai Island District.
