In this 21st-century era, the development of a management information system is one of the efforts that can be made to improve the quality of public services, both in general and in certain sectors, for example, education, where because of the effect of industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0, these days the community often to use the assistance of technology for their social activities. One of many ways that can be used to measure the success rate of a system is using usability measurement. The usability level of an information system shows whether the system is accepted by the user or not. This study aims to measure the usability level of the educational service in the Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya (UNESA), using the USE Questionnaire. The data from this research are processed using a descriptive statistics method and then analyzed both for each aspect and the correlation of all aspects. The results of this study included; (1) the usefulness aspect got an eligibility percentage of 83,6%; (2) the ease of use aspect got an eligibility percentage of 81,7%; (3) the satisfaction aspect got eligibility percentage of 79,8%; (4) the result of calculation of all usability aspects are 81,9%, meaning that the E-Service Faculty of Education, Unisa very useful and worthy to be used.

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies of modeling, monitoring, professional dialogue, and the effectiveness of the principal’s learning leadership to teachers during the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. A quantitative approach was used in this research. The population of this research is the principals of public elementary schools in Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City, East Java Province, Indonesia, amounting to 1,323. The sample selection used was random sampling, with a total of 290 people or 22 percent of the population. Data analysis used path coefficient analysis. The results showed that strategies of modeling, monitoring, and professional dialogue affected the effectiveness of learning leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study aimed at determining the program, implementation, evaluation, and looking at the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the school principal of Madrasah Aliyah in carrying out their duties as supervisors. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This study is conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Padang. Meanwhile, for data collection techniques, this study employs observation, interviews, and documentation with the research subject of madrasah principal, vice-principal of the madrasah, and teachers totaling 49 people. Data analysis is executed by reducing, displaying, drawing conclusions, and verifying data. It was found that the supervision program was established at the beginning of the year through meeting activities involving all madrasah personnel which was carried out according to a predetermined schedule. Supervision is carried out on individual teachers and groups with class visits, teacher meetings, group discussions, exchange of experiences, and seminars. Supervision evaluation is carried out at the end of each semester by improving the goals that have not been achieved and making improvements in the preparation of the next program. The supporting factor for the implementation of supervision is the teacher responding positively and the establishment of a good relationship between the madrasah principal and the teachers so that it raises the awareness of the teachers to improve their abilities. Meanwhile, the obstacles in this study were the implementation of this supervision are due to the busyness of the madrasah principal and the absence of the teacher when the supervision is carried out.

The leadership effectiveness of school principals and teacher performance are two variables that determine school progress. With leadership effectiveness of the school principal and good teacher’s performance will improve school performance. The question is whether the two variables are related. Therefore, this research aimed at determining the level of leadership effectiveness of the school principal, describing the level of teacher’s performance, and determining the coefficient of the relationship between the leadership effectiveness of the school principal and teacher performance. This research was conducted in State Junior High Schools in Lowokwaru District, Malang City, using a simple correlation model quantitative research approach. The research sample was taken from 156 teachers with a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research employ a questionnaire and are processed with statistical data analysis techniques, descriptions, and Pearson Product moment correlation. The results of this research show that the level of the leadership effectiveness of the school principals is in the high category, while the teacher’s performance level is in the medium category. There is a significant positive relationship between the leadership effectiveness of the school principals and teacher’s performance. Based on these findings, to improve teachers’ performance, it needs to improve the leadership effectiveness of the school principals.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect Employee Organizational Commitment at the Human Resources Development Training Center-BPPK Ministry of Finance. The method used in this research is quantitative method with data analysis methods including validity test, reliability test and SmartPLS analysis. While the data collection method in this study used a questionnaire involving all staff of the PSDM-BPPK Ministry of Finance Education and Training. The results of this study prove that retention management has not had a significant direct effect on employee organizational commitment, but has a significant effect on organizational commitment and employee satisfaction as a mediating / intervening variable. Employee satisfaction itself has a direct and significant effect on employee organizational commitment.

This study aims to map the quality of elementary schools in remote areas in Kapuas and North Barito districts Central Kalimantan Province based on modified e-EDS by considering the ease of use and understanding of the “user” (principal of remote primary schools). This descriptive study using a qualitative approach was conducted in 9 (nine) remote elementary schools in the Kapuas and North Barito districts. Sources of data in this study consisted of nine school principals and the education officials from the two districts. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview (interview), observation, and e-EDS instruments which were developed referring to the SNP for elementary and secondary education. Data analysis using interactive data analysis. The data validation technique used the confirmability technique. The results showed that all elementary schools in remote areas received “red report cards”. The issue of disparities in the quality of education in remote areas has not been properly handled by district and provincial policymakers and related stakeholders. In this article, we provide recommendations for conducting policy lending from countries that are successful in overcoming education problems in remote areas as a means of conducting policy lessons to address the quality problems of remote elementary schools in the future.

Abstract : This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the full day school (FDS) program at Public Vocational High School 1 Pabelan. This type of research is evaluative research with descriptive qualitative methods using CIPP as an evaluation model. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed: (1) the context component was categorized as good because the FDS program was indeed needed by all stakeholders and parents, not just implementing policies from the government; (2) the input component is categorized as sufficient because it responds to the needs of all stakeholders and parents, adequate infrastructure and funds, the mechanism of implementing activities is clear, but the human resources of the number and competence of teachers are still lacking; and (3) the process component gets enough categories, because 80% of the programs are implemented according to plan, the resources are quite functional because the teacher facilitates the needs of students; although the funds provided are sufficient, but from the infrastructure, the number and competence of teachers is still lacking; and (4) the product component gets an adequate category because academic results do not show an increase, non-academic achievements have an increase but are not significant. Nevertheless, the objectives of implementing the FDS program were achieved because the students' character improved. Meskipun demikian, tujuan dari pelaksanaan program FDS tercapai karena karakter siswa membaik.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) komponen konteks mendapat kategori baik karena program FDS memang dibutuhkan oleh seluruh stakeholder dan orangtua, bukan hanya menerapkan kebijakan dari pemerintah; (2) komponen input mendapat kategori cukup karena menjawab kebutuhan seluruh stakeholder dan orangtua,sarana prasarana dan dana memadai, mekanisme pelaksanaan kegiatan jelas, tapi sumber daya manusia dari jumlah dan kompetensi guru masih kurang; dan (3) komponen proses mendapat kategori cukup, karena 80% program dilaksanakan sesuai rencana, sumber daya cukup fungsional karena guru memfasilitasi kebutuhan siswa; meskipun dana yang disediakan cukup, tetapi dari sarana prasarana, jumlah dan kompetensi guru masih kurang; dan (4) komponen produk mendapat kategori cukup karena hasil akademik tidak menunjukkan adanya peningkatan, prestasi non akademik ada peningkatan tetapi tidak signifikan. : The purpose of this research is evaluating for delegation of implementation policy from Education Office of North Molucas Province to the Educational Institutional branch in managing secondary education in Morotai Island District. The delegation policy based on the governor of North Maluku Regulation number 45 in 2018, about the duties, function, task description of the department branch office of the Provincial Education, and culture Office of North Maluku. This research using a goal free evaluation model, which measures the implementation, influence of implementation and factors that affect the implementation and Factors that affect the implementation tasks and functions of the office in managing secondary education in Morotai Island District. Data to collected through observations, interviews and document studies. Data analysis are done with a quality data analysis. The results of the research areas follows: (1) Implementation of tasks and functions of the branch of Education office does not carried out effectively that cause problems with the administration of personneal services; (2) Influence of task implementation and function of Education Office branch raises positive and negative impacts. Abstract: Tracking diploma documents is still experiencing difficulties, because the documentation system is still manual. Mojoagung Jombang Vocational School graduated 475 students on average each year, so the diploma documentation had over capacity if the documentation system was carried out manually. This study aims to create a computer-based diploma documentation system, streamlining the search for diploma documents and making certificates of diploma replacement. Analysis of the findings was conducted using the ADDIE model development research method. The result of the smart solution application that has been implemented since 2018 is that the search time is shorter, which is 15 minutes of service, able to print the required letter documents automatically. The smart solution application has provided convenience for both school administration staff and school clients. So that it can improve the excellent service of students' administration. Abstrak: Pelacakan dokumen ijazah selama ini masih mengalami kesulitan, karena system dokumenasinya masih manual. SMKN Mojoagung Jombang rata-rata setiap tahun meluluskan 475 siswa, sehingga dokumeasi ijazah mengalami over capasitas jika sistem pendokumentasiannya dilakukan secara manual. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem dokumentasi ijazah berbasis computer, mengefisienkan pencarian dokumen ijazah dan pembuaan surat keterangan pengganti ijazah. Analisis temuan dilakukan dengan metode penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE. Hasil aplikasi smart solution yang sudah diterapkan sejak tahun 2018 adalah waktu pencarian mejadi lebih singkat yaitu 15 menit perlayanan, mampu mencetak dokumen surat yang dibutuhkan secara otomatis. Aplikasi smart solution telah memberikan kemudahan baik bagi staf administrasi sekolah maupun klien sekolah. Sehingga bisa meningkatkan pelayanan prima administrasi peserta didik.
