Abstract

During the past years Tianjin's small town construction has made outstanding achievements and has owned special features and characteristics. For the sake of harmonious sustainable development of economy and society, to measure periodically the value of performance of demonstrative small town construction and the effect of the "demonstration" tends to be very important. This paper utilizes AHP, Delphi method and MATLAB software to establish a set of evaluation indicators for the relevant purposes aiming at helping decision makers develop strategic plan and tactical programs in the concerning field in the future. 运用层次分析法研究天津市示范性小城镇建设评价指标体系
