Abstract

Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). 针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察

目的观察针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的疗效。方法选取2013年6月至2018年12月郑州市第七人民医院收治的PHN患者80例。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用西药常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺结合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、疼痛持续时间评分、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、皮肤科生活质量指数(DLQI)评分，并观察两组患者的安全性。结果观察组患者总有效率(90.00%，36/40)显著高于对照组(72.50%，29/40)，P < 0.05。结论针刺配合穴位贴敷是治疗PHN的有效方法。治疗可显著减轻患者疼痛，缓解睡眠障碍、焦虑症状，提高患者生活质量。关键词:针灸;穴位应用程序;Postherpetic神经痛
