Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk tanaman hias di Desa Pango Raya Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Kota Banda Aceh. Objek penelitian ini adalah Usaha Tanaman Hias di Desa Pango Raya Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Kota Banda Aceh. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini ialah terbatas pada Strategi Pemasaran Usaha Tanaman Hias di Desa Pango Raya Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Kota Banda Aceh. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, menurut Sugiyono (2017) sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan kuisioner. Analisis yang dipakai yaitu analisis IFAS, EFAS dan analisis SWOT. Hasil dari analisis SWOT didapatkan usaha tanaman hias di Desa Pango Raya Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Kota Banda Aceh berada pada kuadran I yaitu strategi agresif, sehingga tanaman hias dapat memanfaatkan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Selanjutnya diharapkan kepada pemilik usaha tanaman hias sebaiknya melakukan manajemen pemasaran melalui promosi digital marketing maupun secara langsung kepada seluruh konsumen.Marketing Strategies for ornamental Plant in Pango Raya Village, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh CityAbstract. The scope of this research is limited to the Marketing Strategy for Ornamental Plant Businesses in Pango Raya Village, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City. The sampling method in this study used saturated samples, according to Sugiyono (2017) saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. In this study using qualitative research, data collection was done by means of interviews and questionnaires. The analysis used is IFAS analysis, EFAS and SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the ornamental plant business in Pango Raya Village, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City is in quadrant I, namely an aggressive strategy, so that ornamental plants can take advantage of their strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. Abstract
