Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess and predict the effects of on-street parking cost elasticity on the mode choice behaviour of motorists. The stated preference method was used for data collection in the central business district of Qazvin, Iran, and the mode choice behaviour of motorists was modelled through different pricing scenarios.
