Abstract

In this study, which aims to examine the communication barriers experienced in educational organizations and the suggestions for their solution, the failures in communication and interaction within the institution will be addressed. Thanks to communication, information and documents are constantly in interaction between the departments of the institutions. Dec. Failures in communication cause different blockages in corporate structures. The integration of the organization depends only on the fact that the purpose of the organization is well explained to all personnel, the management and the personnel in all departments are in constant and effective communication. The differentiation of people and units within the organization and the beginning of forming various thought patterns also cause conflict. Another factor that causes communication-related conflicts is the differences related to perception in the communication system. In a communication system that is a versatile and Deceptive, there may be a difference in value judgment, educational level, environment between the people who send the message and the people who receive the message. However, the fact that the messages transmitted are not clear and understandable, and the communication channel through which the message is sent, delivering the message in a different format and time than desired, can lead to differences in perception, so this situation can be a source of communication conflicts. If the flow of information and news between people and groups is interrupted, this is a reason that leads people and units to various conflicts.
