For this reason, the demand for appropriate bioinformatics tools and pipelines for NGS Data Analysis to conduct precision analysis with a high level of accuracy is very high. The field of transcriptomics requires analysis of the entire RNA transcripts that define the transcriptional state of the cells. The analysis of the entire transcriptome is challenging and is supplemented with the utilization of various bioinformatic tools.
