Abstract

Objective To develop nursing quality evaluation indicator system for perioperative patients with Da Vinci robotic under enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS), in order to provide references for clinical evaluation of nursing quality for lobectomy patients. Da Vinci机器人肺叶切除术患者术后增强恢复围手术期护理质量评价指标体系的建立
目的建立提高术后恢复(ERAS)条件下达芬奇机器人围手术期患者护理质量评价指标体系,为临床评价肺叶切除术患者护理质量提供参考。方法基于结构-过程-结果质量模型和ERAS理论,采用文献回顾法、半结构化访谈法确定围手术期患者护理质量指标体系。采用德尔菲法对21名专家进行了两轮咨询。结果阳性系数为100%,权威系数分别为0.839、0.901,一致性系数分别为0.317、0.335。最终的指标体系由3个一级指标、14个二级指标和52个三级指标组成。结论建立的达芬奇机器人肺叶切除术患者护理质量评价指标体系科学可靠,可为ERAS下达芬奇机器人围手术期患者护理质量评价提供科学参考。关键词:肺肿瘤;围手术期处理;增强术后恢复;质量评价;德尔菲法
