Abstract

The conceptual model of enterprise competence is built firstly, and the four basic enterprise competences are proposed which are activity competence, process competence, operator competence and team competence. Then the conceptual model of competence fractal unit (CFU) is built according to the competence characteristics of the fractal company, the four basic CFUs are proposed which are activity CFU, process CFU, operator CFU and team CFU, the mathematical models of the four basic CFUs are built on the basis of Unified Enterprise Competence Modeling Language (UECML), and the competence modeling procedures of the fractal company are given. 基于能力的分形公司建模研究
