Its main contribution is to provide products of high quality for the society and social services for the human. The completion quality of the relevant experimental courses is vital to the development of the technology. But the current teaching exists many problems, such as the insufficient education funds investment, the aging experimental teaching content, difficult experiment with long cycle, the low enthusiasm of students and the lack of the innovative experimental project close to the industry. Therefore, the direction of the reformation is to strengthen the construction of laboratory and increase investment, to reinforce the training and improve teachers’ professional quality, to update the experiment’s content and adjust its structure, to reform the teaching methods, to combine the experiment teaching with scientific research practice and graduation design,and to update experiment’s examination way. Abstract
The genetic engineering technology, which is developing rapidly, is the core of the modern biological technology.
