The relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged from 1.28% to 2.33% (n = 3) and the recovery efficiency ranged from 95.2 to 102.3% which indicated good precision and trueness of our method. The method was applied to determine glucosamine in 4 dietary supplement samples randomly collected at the local markets. 电容偶联非接触式电导率检测器(CE-C4D)毛细管电泳法测定膳食补充剂样品中的葡萄糖胺
采用毛细管电容耦合非接触式电导率检测法(CE-C4D)对膳食补充剂中葡萄糖胺的定量进行了研究。最优条件为电泳缓冲液10 mM Tris/Ace;pH = 5,0;进样高度25cm;进样时间30 s;分离电压20kv。葡萄糖胺的检出限(LOD)为8.00 ppm,定量限(LOQ)为26.67 ppm。在20 ~ 1000 ppm范围内建立了校准曲线,具有良好的线性相关系数(R2 = 0.9993)。相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.28% ~ 2.33% (n = 3),回收率为95.2 ~ 102.3%,表明该方法精密度和准确度较高。采用该方法对在当地市场随机抽取的4种膳食补充剂样品中的氨基葡萄糖进行测定。CE-C4D结果与参考HPLC-FLD方法比较,结果吻合较好(相对误差< 15%)。
