Abstract

This paper proposes the hypothesis that cosmic vacuum is full of energy basic state field (EBSF), and expounds its physical connotation based on cosmological constant of general relativity and Dirac’s negative energy sea. Cosmic vacuum is a special kind of physical object with complexity that can be characterized by quantum super-fluidity; it forms Dark energy in Universe.
