The research participants were 50 owners/managers in manufacturing organizations. The Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient and descriptive statistics were used to test the research hypothesis. Research result supported the research hypothesis that there was a significant relationship between the Intelligent System usage and the service performance in the manufacturing organizations. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explore possible relationship between the Intelligent System usage and the service performance in the manufacturing organizations. The hypothesis for this research was: There was a significant relationship between the Intelligent System usage and the service performance in the manufacturing organizations.
