The degree of cytotoxicity to the HaCaT cell line was found to increase with increasing treatment concentration, and at a treatment concentration of 100 μg/ml, cell growth was reduced by about 22% compared to the control. Therefore, the hot-water extract of red cabbage leaves has significant antioxidant activity, and it is considered that it may be used as a natural antioxidant for functional cosmetic raw materials. Abstract
