This concept can be expanded as an open national e-journals gateway, in which different libraries are subscribing to different e-journals databases from different vendors either individually or as part of library consortia. Abstract
This paper discusses the experience in developing an open, flexible, and cost-effective e-journal gateway for libraries that subscribe to multiple e-journals or e-journals databases.
