Abstract
Current production conditions and development of oil fields are complicated by the development of increasingly difficult-to-recover reserves as well as by the consequences of 2020, which include a change in the structure of demand and a collapse of the oil market, the global trend towards low-carb fuel systems and the implementation of the principles of environmental, social and managerial responsibility (ESG).
