Salah satu metode pengeringan adalah dengan menggunakan pengeringan tenaga surya tipe Efek Rumah Kaca (ERK). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui model matematika yang paling sesuai untuk menggambarkan proses pengeringan eceng gondok menggunakan alat pengering tenaga surya tipe Efek Rumah Kaca. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan pengambilan data di lapangan. Parameter penelitian yang digunakan adalah penurunan berat eceng gondok, suhu ruang pengering, kadar air, serta Moisture ratio (MR). Model yang digunakan untuk memprediksi penurunan MR eceng gondok adalah model Newton, model Henderson and Pabis, model Page, model Modified Page, model Logarithmic, model Modified Henderson and Pabis. Keenam model tersebut memiliki konstanta yang berbeda untuk menentukan koefisien determinasi dan RMSE pada setiap model.Analysis of The Mathematical Model of Drying Water Hyacinth on The Greenhouse Effect Dryer Based on The Arduino Nano Atmega328p Microcontroller Abstract. The drying mathematical model is a simulation model used to study and analyze the characteristics of the material being dried. One of the drying methods is to use the Greenhouse Effect type of solar drying. The purpose of this study was to determine the most suitable mathematical model to describe the process of drying water hyacinth using a greenhouse effect type solar drying device. The research method used is an experimental method with data collection in the field. The research parameters used were the weight loss of water hyacinth, drying room temperature, moisture content, and Moisture Ratio (MR). The models used to predict the decrease in water hyacinth MR are Newton models, Henderson and Pabis models, Page models, Modified Page models, Logarithmic models, Modified Henderson and Pabis models. Abstrak.Model matematika pengeringan merupakan model simulasi yang digunakan untuk mempelajari dan menganalisis karakteristik bahan yang dikeringkan.
