This approach stands out with the flexibility and adaptability of the leader, rather than adopting a single leadership style. The article highlights the basic elements of situational leadership. Among these, the leader's communication skills, empathy ability, decision-making ability and team management play an important role. The leader needs to be sensitive to the needs of the team and guide accordingly. In a changing world, organizations are constantly faced with new challenges. Situational leadership offers an effective way to deal with these challenges. The leader can quickly adapt to changing market conditions, technological developments and customer expectations. It can also increase success by recognizing the talents of different team members and motivating them properly. The article also highlights the benefits of the situational leadership approach.
