In this study, we assumed that large-scaled land development site be achieved step-by-step development. and suggested the need for a phased introduction through benefit-cost analysis. The findings illustrated that the phased introduction shows economic efficiency with 30% increase of B/C compared to the bulk introduction. 摘要

近年来,由于社会经济条件的变化,土地开发模式由联合开发向分步开发转变。然而,大型交通设施的引进,如新的交通系统,倾向于采用联合开发。虽然新的交通系统是环保的,但由于高昂的安装成本,它偶尔会在项目开始时失败。造成这种现象的原因不仅是制度上没有体现地方特色,而且也没有对按部就班的发展做出反应。因此,为了合理引入交通系统,应寻求与逐步发展相适应的新方法。在本研究中,我们假设大规模的土地开发用地是逐步开发的。并建议通过效益-成本分析分阶段引入。研究结果表明,分阶段引入比批量引入的B/C提高了30%,具有经济效益。结果表明,分步开发方式下的批量引进比联合开发方式下的批量引进效率更高。
