The phytochemical screening results shown that the extract contains a classes of compound are alkaloid, flavonoid, phenolic, saponin, and tannin. It was known that IC50 value of ethanol extract was 75.8304 ppm. 摘要

毛里求斯紫竹是一种可以在印度尼西亚生长的植物。这些植物中许多都含有潜在的抗氧化化合物。通过浸渍法得到毛细竹节皮乙醇提取液,并对提取液进行植物化学筛选和DPPH法抗氧化活性测试。植物化学筛选结果表明,提取物中含有生物碱、类黄酮、酚类、皂苷和单宁等化合物。已知乙醇提取物的IC50值为75.8304 ppm。关键词:抗氧化剂,DPPH,植物化学物质,酚类物质,毛里求斯酸枣
