The Development Of Anti Miskim Software To Reduce Misconception Of Students On Buffer Solution Matter Through Conceptual Change Text Strategy 通过概念转换文本策略开发反误解软件,减少学生对缓冲解题的误解

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of anti-miskim software with the conceptual change text strategy as a learning media to reduce misconceptions in buffer solution material. Feasibility of the software in terms of criteria validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This type of research applies Borg & Gall's research and development methods, but in this study only carried out until the fifth stage which includes (1)research and information collecting, (2)planning, (3) developing preliminary form of product, (4)preliminary field testing, & (5)playing product revision. This study was conducted on 12 students with the highest level of misconception in the buffer solution material in the class. The results showed that software is feasibly used to reduce students' misconceptions in the buffer solution. This is indicated by the results of content and construct validation got percentage 84.03% and 82.47% and classified as very valid criteria. Practically categorized based on the percentage of student response results of 91.67% and student activities of 96.67% which categorized as very practical. Effectiveness in terms of the percentage shifting from misconceptions to knowing concepts is 82.59% which is categorized as very effective and it can be concluded that anti miskim software is proper to use. Synthesis and Characterization of Nano TiO2 with Sol-Gel Method as Self-Cleaning Agent on Acrylic Paint 溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2丙烯酸涂料自洁剂及性能研究

Metal oxide TiO2 has photocatalytic properties that make TiO2 amphilic, that is, hydrophobic in the dark (without UV light) and hydrophilic in the light (there is UV light). The photocatalytic properties of TiO2 can be utilized to develop self-cleaning materials in paints. Self-cleaning material is a material capable of cleaning itself both by avoiding it and by degrading the dirt that clings to it with the help of UV rays. The TiO2 nano particle synthesis process uses the sol-gel method with the precursor tetrabuthyl titanate (TBT). The purpose of this research is to synthesize TiO2 nano particles as self-cleaning material in paint with the most appropriate composition. The results obtained from the synthesis of nano TiO2 particles were tested by FTIR and appeared at a peak of 467.50 cm-1 indicating the presence of TiO2 groups. In addition, characterization using XRD was also produced which produced the anatase crystalline phase of TiO2 with a crystal size of 24.32 nm. Surface morphology was analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The ability of selfcleaning properties in paint was measured through hydrophobic properties through contact angle measurements and the best contact angle values obtained on TiO2 / paint (2: 8) were 102.2o. Utilization Of Nanogold And Nanosilver To Treat Herpes Disease: Case Study Of Herpes Transmission In Islamic Cottage Schools 利用纳米金和纳米银治疗疱疹疾病:伊斯兰乡村学校疱疹传播案例研究

This research aims to utilize nanogold and nanosilver to treat herpes disease which suddenly appeared in one of the Islamic cottage schools. How this happened is not a study this time. Nanogold has an activity to increase cell proliferation and collagen biosynthesis. Nanogold also has an antioxidant activity. These activities are very necessary in the process of recovering tissue damage due to herpes virus attack, the herpes simplex virus (HSV). While nanosilver has an antimicrobial activity to a broad-spectrum antiviral including HSV herpes virus. Volunteers were Islamic cottage school residents (10 people) who have herpes and have been examined medically. The use of nanogold and nanosilver accompany medicines from doctors in general to reduce pain, fever and pain or heat felt by volunteers. The volunteer group on average recovered faster with fewer complaints than the control group (10 people) who only received doctor's medication. It can be concluded that nanogold and nanosilver accelerate the treatment of Herpes disease. Thus the impact of this research, nanogold and nanosilver are potential to be a future drug for herpes.

Hypercholesterolemia is a symptom that shows an increase in cholesterol levels in the blood and can cause atherosclerosis which is a major factor for cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease. Quail eggs are one of the foods that contain high cholesterol. Cholesterol content in quail eggs can be reduced by adsorption through soaking with chitin solution. This study aims to determine the effect of chitin size and soaking time on cholesterol in quail eggs. Analysis of cholesterol levels in quail eggs using the Rudel-Moris colorimetric method and the Zak method. The results showed that variations in chitin size and soaking time affected cholesterol in quail eggs. The highest percentage of cholesterol reduction was seen in the size of 300 mesh chitin with a percentage reduction of 75.6% and the best soaking time was 30 minutes with a percentage reduction of 71.5%. Effectiveness of Evodiamine and Evodone as Ovarian Anticancer In Silico 伏伏二胺与伏伏酮抗卵巢癌的临床疗效观察

— Cancer is a disease that is still a global problem which ranked second leading cause of death, amounting to 13% after cardiovascular disease. Cancer of the ovaries arethe second most common group of gynecologic cancers and accounts fo r about 5% of all women's cancers. Chemotherapy (chemo) is the use of drugs to treat cancer. Chemo can be useful to kill very small amounts of cancer cells that may still be around after surgery, for cancers that have metastasized (spread), or to shrink very large tumors to make surgery easier. Chemo drugs can cause side effects. These side effects usually go away after treatment is finished. Therapeutic herbs and their derivative phytocompounds are being progressively more accepted as useful complementary treatments for cancer. Zodia (Evodia sp) is Indonesian endemic plants containing some active compounds as anticancer there are evodiamine and evodone. In this study, we investigated the effectiveness of evodiamine and evodone by in silico method to treat varian cancer. This study uses Autodock, PyRx and LigPlot software with the method used is molecular docking. The docking results showed the effectiveness of the two compounds was assessed from binding affinity on evodiamine of -7 kcal/mol RMSD (Root Mean Square Deviation) of 1.66 Å, while the evodone compound was -5.8 kcal / mol and 2.52 Å. From these results, can be proven that the evodiamine compound has the most effective results as an ovarian anticancer compound in silico.

Exploration of Natural Dyes by Using a Combination of Caesalpinia sappan and Leucaena leucocephala L. Leaves. 利用海杉叶和银合欢叶组合开发天然染料。

In this research an exploration of the potential use of Caesalpinia sappan and Leucaena leucocephala L. has been carried out as an alternative to environmentally friendly dyeing. To optimize the quality of the shades produced, pre-treatment is done using Turkish Red Oil (TRO) (washing) as well as alum and soda ash (mordanting). Both are applied to minimize the presence of contaminants and create intermediates for reactions between dyes and fabric fibers, while fixation is applied to suppress the reactivity of natural dye compounds to the surrounding environment. Thus, the color fastness can be improved. Natural dyeing uses 75% KKS/25% DL; 50% KKS/50% DL; and 25% KKS/75% DL have produced shades of yellowish, brownish, reddish, purple and black with a color intensity in the range of 73.23%-89.08%; 70.27%-84.32%; and 79.73% -83.14% for fixation with iron(II)sulfate, alum and lime, respectively. Furthermore, the results of the staining scale analysis, dyeing with 75% KKS/25% DL; 50% KKS/50% DL; and 25% KKS/75% DL with fixation using iron(II)sulfate, alum and lime successively produce fastness on a scale of 3 (fair); 3-4 (good enough); and 3-4 (good enough). This study aims to determine the effect of using the Chemmo Configuration game that has been developed based on pedagogical requirements and game requirements as a learning medium. The form of research used was PreExperimental Research with the design of a single group One Group Pretest-Posttest Design conducted on grade X students in one of the high schools in East Java, Indonesia. Before learning the Periodic System the Element is done prestest and after learning the posttest is done, giving questionnaires as motivation, and giving questionnaires to students' responses. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students using the Chemmo Configuration game were classified as good with a percentage of classical completeness of 100% and student motivation to achieve a percentage of 95.30% with a high category. It was concluded that the use of the Chemmo Configuration game that was developed based on pedagogical requirements as a learning media for the Periodic System of Elements can change student learning outcomes to be classically complete and make students' learning motivation high. On this basis, computer games with a pedagogic and permanence requirements as learning media should be developed as learning media to meet the needs of the game as a medium for learning chemistry. Relationships Between Perception toward Assessment with Learning Result of Student 评价知觉与学生学习成绩的关系

This research aim to describe relationships between perception toward assessment with learning result of student. Perception toward assessment it means student percepts assessment as assessment of learning (AoL), assessment for learning (AfL) or assessment as learning (AaL). Subject research is 35 students of Chemistry Education of Surabaya State University. Research design is one shot case study repeated because one student group given three times different treatment without control group. Relationships between both is analyzed by chi-square test and percentage of student amount that obtaining the highest and lower in learning result appropriate its perception toward assessment. Result of analysis indicate that between perception toward assessment with learning result of student are not significant in relationships. However, if student’s the highest and lower categories in learning result are added at implementation of AoL, AfL and AaL are always predominated by student which percept assessment successively as AoL, AfL and AaL. Amount of student which is obtaining the highest and lower in learning result at implementation of AoL is 15 (42,9%), 14(40%) and 2 (5,7%) student which percept assessment successively as AoL, AfL and AaL. Amount of student which is obtaining the highest and lower in result learning at implementation of AfL is 23 (65,7%), 6 ( 17,1%) and 0(0%) student which is percept assessment successively as AoL, AfL and AaL. Amount of student which is obtaining the highest and lower in result learning at implementation of AaL is 20 ( 57,1%), 6 ( 17,1%) and 3 ( 8,6%) student which is percept assessment successively as AoL, AfL and AaL. this research aims to describe the implementation of interactive multimedia and kits on Chemistry in Daily Life Topic. The kit consists of student activity sheet and tools and materials for experiment. Student activity sheet of chemistry on foods and chemistry on household theme each consist of four experiments. The implementations were done in Jember Senior High School State for Disabilities and Blitar Senior High School State for Disabilities. The research instruments consists of implementation of interactive multimedia and kit observation sheets and concept comprehension test sheets. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. This research used one group pretest-posttest design. The results of the research were the implementation of interactive multimedia and kits categorized as good and very good. The usage of interactive multimedia and kits also increased students' understanding of chemistry-on-foods and chemistry-in-household subtopics, and the increasing was categorized in vary category, from low to high category. The aim of the research is to get the feasibility of Chemmo Configuration game as learning media in chemistry material, periodic system of element based on validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the game. This research use a Research and Development (R&D) method which consist of three stages, 1) introduction, 2) development, and 3) trial. In this research only done until trial test. Ttrial test was conducted in 10th grade of MIA 1 in Senior High School 1 Manyar Gresik. Validity obtained from the assessment of the Chemmo Configuration game by the validator. Practicality obtained from the results of the questionnaire responses of students and observations of student activities while using the game as learning media. Effectiveness obtained from the learning outcomes of students and the results of student learning motivation questionnaire. Chemmo Configuration game obtained percentage of validity 80% until 93% from content validity and construct validity, the practicality of the game on attractiveness aspects obtained practical percentage 97.6%, on the aspect of easiness obtained practical percentage 97.8%, for the activities of students obtained percentage of 94.07%, while the effectiveness of the Chemmo Configuration game declared effective seen from the learning outcomes of students who get a percentage of classical completeness of learning outcomes 100% and the results of student learning motivation questionnaire get 95.30% with very good category.
