摘要

本文提出了一种采用全桥和半桥拓扑变形方法实现宽输出和高效率的LLC谐振变换器。提出了轨迹控制方法,以避免模式转换过程中电流和电压的超调。为了验证轨迹转换方法的有效性,利用SiC器件研制了1.4 kW的原型机。样机输出电压为180V ~ 540V,直流输入为600V,最高效率可达98.5%。仿真和实验结果验证了本文方法的有效性。
