Sampel uji berat isi berdimensi 30 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm. Persentase optimal penggunaan </span><span>fly ash </span><span>yaitu 15% menghasilkan nilai berat isi optimal sebesar 2459,416 kg/m</span><span><span>3</span></span><span>. Pemanfaatan </span><span>fly ash </span><span>sebagai bahan substitusi parsial semen pada kolom memenuhi kriteria ramah lingkungan yaitu mengurangi gas emisi CO</span><span><span>2</span></span><span> sebesar 40,74 kg per m</span><span><span>3</span></span><span> campuran beton dengan variasi 15% </span><span>fly ash</span><span> dan mengurangi sampah bekisting sebesar 3,6 m</span><span><span>2</span></span><span> setiap pembuatan 2–3 batang kolom struktur. Penggunaan metode prapabrikasi dapat mereduksi biaya pembuatan sebesar 15,58% dan waktu pembuatan sebesar 21,6%. </span></p><p dir=\"ltr\">Abstract : This study aims to analyze the use of fly ash with variations of 10%, 15% and 20% as a partial substitution of cement to produce an optimal density value, environmentally friendly concrete criteria and the cost comparison between conventional structural columns and prefabricated structural columns. The research method used was the experimental method, with standard density testing referring to SK SNI T: 15-1991-03. Mix design column segment used a ratio of 1 Pc: 2.67 Ps: 2.9 Kr, FAS of 0.55 and tested at 28 days of age. The density test sample has dimensions of 30 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm. The optimal percentage of use of fly ash is 15% resulting in an optimal density value of 2459.416 kg/m3. The utilization of fly ash as a cement column partial substitusi meet environmental criteria, namely reducing CO2 emissions of 40.74 kg per m3 of concrete mix wish variation in the use of 15% fly ash and reduce waste formwork of 3.6 m2 every manufacture 2- 3 column structure rods. PEMANFAATAN FLY ASH SEBAGAI BAHAN SUBSTITUSI PARSIAL SEMEN PADA KOLOM STRUKTUR MODULAR BETON RAMAH LINGKUNGAN
Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan fly ash dengan variasi 10%, 15% dan 20% sebagai bahan substitusi parsial semen untuk menghasilkan nilai berat isi minimal, kriteria beton ramah lingkungan dan perbandingan biaya antara kolom struktur konvensional dan kolom struktur prapabrikasi.
