Firstly, as a bridge for global exchange and communication, English is the most frequently used language. Therefore, China pays more and more attention to English education. Secondly, the critical period of language development and second language acquisition provide a theoretical basis for preschool children to learn a second foreign language. To sum up, English education for preschool children is the product of the times of current educational development. Therefore, the research on kindergarten English education has very important practical significance. This paper focuses on the survey of the implementation status of the children’s English education activities in the kindergarten A in Dazu District, Chongqing (research object) around the problems and countermeasures of kindergarten English education activities. In-depth research has been conducted by the questionnaire survey method, interviewing method and observational method, combined with four major aspects including the target recognition of educators and parents on the implementation of English education activities in kindergartens, content selection, content selection, English teacher professionalism and educational activity evaluation system.
