摘要

随着实时移动应用的不断涌现,网络的服务质量成为切换的重要决策标准。移动用户渴望在各种无线网络之间移动时保持他们正在进行的开放移动应用程序的活力。因此,当用户移动时,需要在无线网络之间进行垂直切换,以实现应用程序的无缝和连续使用。本文提出了一种以接收信号强度、带宽、网络覆盖和服务质量为输入参数的垂直切换决策算法。
