Quantitative analysis of power systems reliability can be obtained by reliability indices. Various methods are introduced and developed over the time to evaluate reliability indices of the system and thus reliability assessment of power system. This paper analyses the main distribution reliability indices (SAIDI, CAIDI, SAIFI, CIII, and CAIFI). The values are calculated in real time for rural area. Conclusion is drawn on the basis of determined values. 摘要

可靠性是当今电力行业最重要的问题之一。停电是主要的后果,是持续和广泛使用电力的结果。因此,可靠性已成为需要考虑的重要现象之一。通过可靠性指标可以对电力系统的可靠性进行定量分析。随着时间的推移,各种方法被引入和发展来评估系统的可靠性指标,从而对电力系统进行可靠性评估。分析了配电可靠性的主要指标(SAIDI、CAIDI、SAIFI、CIII和CAIFI)。农村地区的数值是实时计算的。结论是在测定值的基础上得出的。所得指标对今后的电力系统规划有一定的参考价值。
