Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a behavioral model that is useful for answering the question of why many information technology systems fail to be implemented because the users do not have the behavioral intention to use them. The purpose of the study was to see how the use of SIMRS for officers at Adnaan WD Payakumbuh Hospital. This research is qualitative with the technique of determining the informants using purposive sampling as many as 11 people. The results showed that the implementation of SIMRS in terms of actual usage of SIMRS for users in RSUD dr. WD Payakumbuh, which is known as silakeh, has not been operated in all units, and has not been connected to all polyclinics, this system has only been operated at outpatient registration, inpatient care, emergency rooms and pharmacies.
