The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study state two conclusions, namely: first, leadership partially affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance results. While compensation has no effect on the results of employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在部分或同时解释领导、激励和薪酬三个变量对员工绩效的影响。本研究基于该领域存在的事实,即领导对员工绩效结果有显著影响,而薪酬变量对员工绩效结果没有显著影响,而员工内部激励对员工绩效的影响更大。本研究采用的方法是描述性定量技术。采用访谈法,对Mojopahit Mojokerto公共饮用水公司的56名员工进行问卷调查,收集数据。本研究使用的数据分析技术是使用多元线性回归分析技术。本研究的结果说明了两个结论,即:第一,领导部分影响员工绩效,激励影响员工绩效结果。而薪酬对员工的绩效结果没有影响。其次,领导、激励和薪酬三个变量同时对员工绩效产生影响。
