He is not only a creative all-round musician in the history of world music, but also a great creator of romantic music. With his unique ideas of music composition, he brings Russian national art to the world, and his works show the charm of Russian culture in all respects. Dumka , is a folk story music of the East Slavic ethnic minority. It usually takes the melancholy as the theme. Also, it connotates the meaning of meditation and contemplation. Typically featured with long melody which is intertwined with extremely fast melody, it is the transition from melancholy and meditation to gorgeous movement. In the music piece, sadness, melancholy coexists with positivity. Full of contradictory elements, it has typical national musicality. More famous includes A. Dvorzak’s Piano Trio and Tchaikovsky’s Piano Piece(OP.59) .
