The method used is descriptive method. Technique of collecting data that used by spreading of questionnaire, which then analyzed using likert scale. Respondents are teachers of SMK Negeri Bandung as many as 66 civil servant teachers of State Vocational High School in Bandung. The results of data analysis show that the school organization culture is in the high category. Professional teacher competence is in the high category and the performance of teachers in SMK Bandung is in the high category. Based on the results of data analysis, the results obtained that the school organizational culture and professional competence of teachers both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru di salah satu SMK di kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket/kuisioner, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan skala likert. Responden adalah guru SMK Negeri Bandung sebanyak 66 orang guru tetap PNS Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Bandung. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi sekolah berada pada kategori tinggi. Kompetensi professional guru berada pada kategori tinggi dan kinerja guru di berada pada kategori tinggi. 摘要

Budaya Organisasi Sekolah dan Kompetensi Profesional Guru Sebagai Determinan Kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri Kota Bandung
