摘要

针对大型圆柱容器需要加工、安装、检测的实际工程问题,提出了一种大型组合环齿轨道作为作业平台的新设计方案。采用“一面两销”定位法和快速弹簧夹持装配,通过销钢套实现了多节弧环齿轮的组合。提出了一种快速实用的固定支点构造方法。基于真空吸盘的伯努利原理,提出在气缸外壁上形成任意可调的固定支点,并将这些支点作为2SPS-1PRR并联机构的固定平台进行水平度位姿对准。建立了并联机构的运动学模型,求解了其正解和逆解问题。实验结果表明,并联机构对轨道平台平整度有调节作用。
