However, while printed TFTs have attracted the majority of attention, the other circuit components have largely been under-represented. In this regard, here we demonstrate ink-jet printed Ag/a-IGZO/ITO Schottky diodes with rectification ratio more than 10^6 for low voltage and low frequency applications.
