摘要

本研究旨在探讨粤港澳大湾区IT员工儒家价值观对工作绩效的影响,以及工作满意度对上述关系的影响。本文通过对大湾区272名IT员工的问卷调查,构建了儒家价值观、工作满意度和工作绩效之间的假设模型。采用结构方程建模、多元回归分析等统计方法进行验证性因子分析和假设检验。实证结果表明,大湾区IT员工儒家价值观对工作绩效有显著的正向影响,工作满意度在儒家价值观对工作绩效的影响活动中起部分中介作用。
