摘要

考虑到定制过程中生产者和消费者之间的沟通错误,研究了信息产品生产者同时提供标准产品和定制产品时,如何进行决策,以及如何避免沟通错误带来的不确定性。在三种竞争力环境下,对最优传统商品价格、最优定制范围和最优边际认真度进行了比较。结果表明,在市场不完全覆盖的情况下,生产者可以通过定制来提高利润。尽管定制产品的质量存在不确定性,但生产者可以通过收取保证金来规避这种风险,面对不同的不确定性,生产者应采取不同的竞争力策略。
