摘要

本研究考察了纯化的胡蜂毒液毒素对白化小鼠血清、肝脏和腓肠肌组织磷酸酶活性的生物学效应。注射亚致死剂量纯化的黄毒毒后,白化小鼠血清、肝脏和腓肠肌中酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶均显著升高。黄毒毒素还引起肝脏缺血缺氧,导致血清酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶水平升高,延缓组织内蛋白质的合成,将多余的游离氨基酸释放到循环中,从而使血清中氨基酸水平升高。这两种情况清楚地表明毒液毒素对膜和肌肉细胞功能的毒性作用。
